Senior Zscaler Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Senior Zscaler Engineer will manage and maintain security systems, focusing on cloud security solutions and Zscaler services in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mature Zscaler modules, including ZIA, ZDX, and ZPA, while troubleshooting complex network and security issues
• Conduct regular security audits, assess security threats, and develop controls to mitigate risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler services and provide training on best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security/Assurance, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years of experience in managed Security Services or Information Security, including administration and configuration
• 2-4+ years of experience managing and deploying Zscaler
• Strong foundation in network security principles and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Relevant industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CEH preferred
