Sensing and Diagnostics Executive

Job Summary

Driving the vision and execution of the Sensing and Diagnostics Portfolio, the full-time remote Sensing and Diagnostics Executive will oversee product strategy, technology differentiation, and market positioning while managing a diverse team and fostering customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Set strategic vision and execute plans for the Sensing and Diagnostics Portfolio to ensure competitive differentiation and sustainable growth
• Build strong customer connections and identify new growth opportunities within TSO, DSO, and industrial segments
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive technology differentiation and manage product roadmaps and business cases

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited university; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
• 20+ years of leadership experience in software businesses, particularly in Transmission & Distribution or industrial automation sectors
• Proven track record in defining software product strategies and managing portfolios for profitable growth
• Strong business and technical acumen with a focus on commercial and business development
• Deep domain knowledge of Electricity Transmission, Distribution, Industrial, and Automation markets
