Job Summary
Owning the success of a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time SEO Account Director will manage both direct and team-led accounts, drive organic search impact through advanced strategies, and lead team development while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive maximum organic search impact using advanced SEO strategies and set strategic direction across the portfolio
- Maintain strong client relationships, serving as the senior escalation point and connecting SEO performance to business outcomes
- Manage and develop a team, coaching members toward strategic thinking and overseeing hiring and retention efforts
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SEO with expertise across various strategies
- 6+ years of experience managing and developing a team
- 8+ years in a client-facing digital marketing role
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret account and team data
- Strong people skills, including active listening with empathy
