SEO AEO Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution for organic discovery, the full-time remote SEO AEO Manager will oversee SEO and AI search initiatives, manage a team, and drive technical SEO efforts to enhance Veeam's visibility across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead Veeam's global SEO, AEO, and AI search strategy while operationalizing support for launches and campaigns
• Manage and develop the SEO/AEO team, creating frameworks for keyword strategy, technical audits, and performance measurement
• Own the technical SEO roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that improve site performance and authority across traditional and AI-driven search systems

Required qualifications

• 7-9+ years of experience in SEO, technical SEO, or digital strategy, with 3+ years in a management role
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including site architecture, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
• Understanding of AI search visibility, answer engines, and citation analysis
• Proven ability to connect SEO strategies to business outcomes with strong analytical skills
• Experience in supporting global launches and large-scale web optimization initiatives
