SEO & AI Search Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of organic search and AI visibility programs, the full-time remote SEO & AI Search Manager will develop and manage SEO/GEO strategies, optimize website performance, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage SEO/GEO strategies across multiple client accounts, including keyword research and technical SEO audits
• Optimize on-page SEO elements and create SEO/GEO-focused content for search engines and AI retrieval
• Analyze SEO and AI visibility performance, presenting insights and recommendations to clients while collaborating with various teams

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and analytics
• Experience with AI/LLM visibility is a plus, with an interest in growing expertise in GEO and AI search
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
