Job Summary

Leading the charge in content quality and strategy, the full-time Organic Growth Lead, SEO & AEO Content will manage editorial output across jerry.ai and external platforms, focusing on driving customer acquisition through optimized content for Google and AI answer engines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize content that ranks on Google and earns citations in AI platforms, ensuring visibility for Jerry's answers
• Own and execute Jerry's editorial strategy, aligning content publication with organic traffic and customer acquisition targets
• Design and manage an AI-powered content production system, maintaining quality controls and editorial standards across all outputs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong editorial taste with the ability to create engaging content for both humans and AI
• Passion for AI and proficiency in leveraging LLMs for content creation and optimization
