SEO and AEO Growth Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote SEO and AEO Growth Lead will manage complex SEO/AEO projects, forecast performance, and analyze digital marketing campaigns to drive growth for client accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate on large-scale SEO/AEO projects and monitor performance against targets
• Analyze digital marketing campaigns, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
• Conduct A/B tests and craft business cases for growth marketing initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, AEO, and content strategy within an agency or in-house setting
• Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel
• Experience with paid search, including PPC and SEM
• Strong understanding of web and app ecosystems
• Proven experience in managing teams and client deliverables effectively
