SEO and AI Search Specialist

Job Summary

To build a scalable organic growth engine, the full-time remote SEO and AI Search Specialist will manage technical SEO, local SEO, and content strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility across various search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Grow qualified organic traffic by 20 to 30% year over year across all brands
• Achieve a consistent brand presence in AI-generated answers for at least 75% of tracked queries
• Establish a documented, repeatable enterprise SEO and AEO playbook within 90 days

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical SEO and Local SEO
• Experience managing SEO for multi-location businesses
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms
• Proficiency with SEO platforms such as Google Search Console and SEMrush
