Job Summary

To shape the future of search, the full-time remote SEO and AI Search Strategist will develop innovative organic visibility strategies across traditional and AI-driven platforms, focusing on enhancing discoverability and content optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop multi-layered organic search strategies that encompass traditional SEO, AI-generated experiences, and conversational discovery
• Create scalable content strategies and optimize existing content for both human users and AI systems
• Ensure strong technical foundations for websites, implementing schema and entity optimization strategies to enhance machine understanding

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth
• Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and evolving search landscapes, including AI search and zero-click behavior
• Experience creating or managing high-performing content programs
• Familiarity with structured data, schema, and semantic SEO principles
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect work to business outcomes
