SEO and AI Search Strategist

Job Summary

To support a growing Digital Marketing team, the full-time remote SEO and AI Search Strategist will create, implement, and manage complex search strategies for B2B life sciences clients, focusing on both traditional SEO and AI-driven search optimization while engaging directly with clients to deliver insights and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and AI search strategies aligned to client business goals
• Perform website audits and execute on-page optimization, including content updates and internal linking strategies
• Monitor and optimize client visibility in AI-generated answers across various platforms while delivering performance reports

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in SEO, digital content strategy, or web optimization
• Deep understanding of conversational AI tools and generative search features
• Expert knowledge of semantic SEO tactics and structured data implementation
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and enterprise SEO suites
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and content management systems
