SEO and Generative Search Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SEO & Generative Search Manager who will lead the end-to-end SEO and generative search strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operationalize the SEO and GEO strategy to enhance visibility across AI-driven platforms
• Create scalable playbooks and coach cross-functional partners on AI-driven search best practices
• Conduct technical audits and develop performance measurement dashboards to connect SEO efforts to business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of SEO experience with a proven record of driving organic growth, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO and analytics platforms such as Ahrefs and Google Search Console
• Experience in developing generative search optimization and AI-driven visibility strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a structured testing environment
