SEO and GEO Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Search Engine Optimization/Generative Engine Optimization Manager (SEO / GEO).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced SEO and GEO strategies, focusing on the relationship between brands, conditions, and scientific data
• Lead AI workflow integration and content recommendations for conversational queries, ensuring compliance and optimization for AI platforms
• Collaborate with regulatory teams and manage external SEO agencies to ensure compliance and enhance engagement quality

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SEO/Digital Marketing, with 2 years in a regulated industry (Pharma, Biotech, Finance, or Insurance)
• Demonstrated understanding of LLMs and experience optimizing for AI-driven platforms
• Deep proficiency in Schema.org and familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console and SEMRush
• Experience navigating MLR/PRC review cycles
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
