SEO and Organic Growth Manager

Job Summary

Leading the organic search and content optimization efforts, the full-time SEO and Organic Growth Manager will develop and execute strategies to enhance website visibility, manage content updates, and collaborate with external partners, all while working remotely during core EST hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the SEO and AEO strategy to improve organic visibility for workforce and education leaders
• Build and execute an organic content strategy based on audience insights and business priorities
• Manage day-to-day website health and content updates in Webflow, ensuring alignment with current messaging and campaigns

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content marketing, or related fields
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword strategy and technical SEO
• Experience developing content strategies that enhance organic visibility and audience engagement
• Familiarity with AI tools for improving SEO workflows and content development
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar coding languages
