Strategically leading ClickUp's organic growth initiatives, the full-time remote SEO Director will define and execute acquisition strategies across various AI-powered discovery platforms, build AI-driven workflows, and influence cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve ClickUp's organic acquisition strategy across Google Search, LLMs, and emerging discovery surfaces
- Build AI-powered workflows to automate content creation and analytical processes while championing experimentation
- Lead technical SEO oversight and develop measurement frameworks to prioritize initiatives and communicate performance to leadership
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in SEO or organic growth, with 3+ years in a leadership role (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience measuring AI visibility and LLM referral traffic
- Demonstrated experience building AI-powered workflows to enhance team efficiency
- Deep expertise in technical SEO and content strategy
