SEO Lead

Job Summary

Driving global organic growth, the full-time remote SEO Lead will manage the architecture of organic content, optimize for AI search and technical SEO, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the architect for all organic content, defining the editorial roadmap and ensuring content drives qualified B2B traffic
• Optimize the digital presence for Large Language Models and develop strategies for AI-generated search results
• Audit and scale the technical health of web properties, managing international SEO strategies across multiple markets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SEO, preferably in Fintech, Crypto, or Web3
• Deep knowledge of AI Search and how LLMs crawl and index information
• Strong background in schema markup, site architecture, and basic web programming
• Expertise with technical crawling tools and advanced data ecosystems
• Proven leadership skills with experience in building scalable systems and managing stakeholders
