SEO Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager SEO (Virtual).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing team on content optimization and development to improve traffic and conversion metrics
• Manage SEO forecasts and produce detailed reporting on search engine KPIs, presenting results to marketing and senior leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a collaborative environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business Analytics, Project Management, or related field with six years of SEO experience, including two years in a supervisory role, or a High School diploma with ten years of SEO experience
• Strong understanding of search engine crawling, indexing, and ranking algorithms, along with SEO best practices
• Technical skills in HTML, JavaScript, XML, schema, and content management systems
• Experience with data and metrics software such as BrightEdge, Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in motivating and developing team members
