Job Summary

Driving scalable growth across a global digital ecosystem, the full-time remote SEO Manager will strengthen the organic search foundation by aligning technical SEO, content, and AI-driven insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain a global SEO foundation across 60+ country websites to ensure high-performance indexing and clean site architecture
• Lead AI and search innovation by developing AEO and GEO strategies and partnering with the Paid Search team for a unified search approach
• Cultivate an internal SEO culture by building organic dashboards, championing search best practices, and mentoring team members

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) within a large B2B organization managing complex, multi-site ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, site architecture, and enterprise SEO platforms such as BrightEdge and SEMRush
• Proven ability to translate search and behavioral data into actionable content strategies while adapting to evolving AI trends
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
