Key responsibilities
- Own SEO and AEO strategy, translating performance data into actionable plans for analysts
- Coach and develop analysts, ensuring high standards in audits, briefs, and reports
- Monitor AI-search visibility performance and provide concrete guidance based on evolving trends
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of direct SEO experience
- 2+ years prior agency experience
- Demonstrated national B2B SEO experience
- Hands-on technical SEO expertise, including crawlability and site architecture
- Fluency with standard SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4
