Job Summary

Taking ownership of technical and on-page SEO, the part-time contractor SEO Specialist will conduct audits, optimize content, and report on performance for a B2B digital transformation firm, working approximately 10 hours per week for 3-6 months in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full technical SEO audits and implement remediation strategies
• Optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, and internal linking structures
• Conduct content gap analysis and develop keyword strategies for service pages and blogs

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with Semrush and deep knowledge of its functionalities
• Prior work experience in IT services, software development, consulting, or B2B professional services
• Ability to create and present a clear SEO roadmap with priorities and timelines
• Experience working independently without reliance on an internal SEO team
• Strong communication skills to explain strategies and decisions clearly
