Job Summary

Working remotely on a 6-month contract, the SEO Specialist will focus on editorial SEO and YouTube optimization, managing keyword research, metadata optimization, and content audits to enhance Crunchyroll's visibility across search engines and video platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Research keywords and optimize on-page metadata for Crunchyroll News articles
• Optimize YouTube video metadata and organize playlists for improved discoverability
• Compile performance data and conduct competitive research to identify SEO opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with SEO and YouTube optimization
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Search Console and Ahrefs
• Experience with A/B testing and implementing data-driven changes
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of anime culture and its significance to the community
