SEO Specialist

Job Summary

Building and driving data-driven SEO programs, the full-time SEO Specialist will focus on technical optimization, content strategy, and new-user acquisition in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies, including technical optimization and content planning, to enhance user acquisition and GMV growth
• Utilize tools like GSC, GA, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog to inform decisions and measure success based on business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, budget, and site-structure implementation while managing quarterly goals independently

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house SEO experience, preferably in a large e-commerce or marketplace setting
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including structured data, internal linking, and core web performance
• Proficiency in using SEO tools for data-driven decision-making and measuring GMV/revenue impact
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with a proactive communication style
• Good to preferred proficiency in English, as it is the primary business language
