SEO Strategy Director
Job Summary
Owning the approach to organic growth in a dynamic search landscape, the full-time remote GEO & SEO Strategy Director will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, develop methodologies for AI search, and mentor the SEO team while leveraging innovative tools like Claude.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of GEO methodologies and AI search strategies for clients
- Build and document playbooks and workflows for the SEO-GEO team, enhancing operational efficiency
- Oversee off-site presence strategies across platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, and YouTube to improve brand visibility
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic role for B2B or enterprise clients
- Proven ability to build and manage a GEO program independently
- Hands-on experience with Claude and Claude Code, including workflow automation
- Strong technical SEO foundation and experience with off-site visibility strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio
