Job Summary

Leading a dynamic SEO/AEO team, the full-time remote SEO Team Lead will establish strategic goals, foster team culture, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive measurable results in organic search performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and establish goals and strategies for the SEO/AEO team, aligning with organizational objectives
• Develop team members through coaching and mentorship while ensuring high-quality technical SEO delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO/AEO recommendations and analyze data for strategy optimization

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of SEO experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate SEO insights into business language
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and SEO platforms
• Experience with technical SEO implementation, including indexation and crawl optimization
• Track record of building and developing high-performing teams in a remote environment
