Job Summary

Leading a team of organic search professionals, the full-time SEO Team Lead will manage SEO strategies, analyze KPIs, and create client-facing reports while mentoring team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a small team to provide exceptional SEO services for assigned clients, collaborating with the Supervisor on deliverables and performance metrics
• Proactively monitor organic KPIs, perform analysis, and translate findings into actionable SEO strategies and reporting
• Mentor team members to enhance their SEO skills and knowledge while communicating directly with clients to understand their needs and goals

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in technical SEO, including conducting audits and resolving common issues
• Strong understanding of local SEO practices and Google Business Profile optimization
• Proficiency in creating customized SEO strategies using tools like Google Analytics and Semrush
• Experience in client communication and customer service, with a focus on building relationships
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends to drive SEO strategy development
