SEO Trainer Lead
Job Summary
To build the next wave of talent, the full-time SEO Trainer Lead will guide, mentor, and upskill incoming SEO Specialists and trainees in a hybrid work environment, focusing on training in SEO strategies, conducting workshops, and developing training materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Train new hires in Search Engine Optimization, including ranking strategies and advanced techniques
- Lead workshops on link-building, technical SEO tools, and analytics
- Develop training materials and review trainees' work to ensure quality standards
Required Qualifications
- STEM or technical background preferred
- Exceptional SEO knowledge across various strategies
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- C1-level or higher English proficiency (written and verbal) required
- WordPress proficiency strongly preferred
