Sepsis Registry Project Manager

Job Summary

Sepsis Registry Project Manager is a full-time position responsible for coordinating and managing clinical registry projects, providing training and supervision to data abstractors, and ensuring high-quality abstraction and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all abstracting and registry operations in accordance with regulatory agencies
• Conduct staff training on data abstraction software and monitor validation compliance
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on project activities and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

• Two years of current abstraction experience with CMS Sepsis Registry
• Knowledge of sepsis population inclusion/exclusion criteria and fallouts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google office products and data abstraction software
• One year of current abstraction experience with Core Measures is preferred
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field is preferred
