SERE Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SERE Instructor (Naval Special Warfare).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced SERE and Personnel Recovery instruction to trainees
• Facilitate realistic training scenarios simulating high-risk environments
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback through after-action reviews

Required Qualifications

• Must be a former or current U.S. military service member at the grade of E-4 or higher with a minimum of four years of honorable service
• Successfully completed an approved Department of Defense Instructor Training Course or equivalent
• Graduate of an approved DoD SERE Level C course and qualified as a SERE instructor
• Prior experience as a military instructor with the ability to deliver classroom and field-based training
• Must possess and maintain an active SECRET security clearance
