SERFF Filing Analyst
Job Summary
Responsible for regulatory filings across multiple lines of business, the full-time remote SERFF Filing Analyst will prepare, submit, and coordinate forms, rules, and loss cost filings while managing objections and ensuring timely approvals in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare filings and objection responses in SERFF and/or FilingRamp for various states and jurisdictions
- Ensure all necessary filing forms and checklists are included prior to submission and apply appropriate filing mechanics
- Monitor SERFF and email for incoming objections, communicating these to internal stakeholders for timely responses
Required qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience within the P&C industry, preferably with state filings and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge and understanding of the current P&C marketplace
- Experience with ISO products is desirable
