Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day brokerage operations for Invest and Crypto, ensuring accurate and compliant execution
• Act as the primary escalation point for trade issues and operational incidents
• Collaborate with global operations teams to maintain continuous coverage and operational consistency

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of brokerage or trading operations experience, preferably in fintech or broker-dealer environments
• Active FINRA licenses: Series 7, 63 (or 66), and 24
• Experience as a supervisory principal with direct oversight of brokerage operations
• Deep knowledge of trade lifecycle, corporate actions, and SEC/FINRA regulations
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations and incidents in real-time environments
