Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Advisory Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of licensed Financial Advisors to deliver retirement-focused advice and drive performance across advisory metrics
• Establish a coaching culture to develop advisors and manage talent acquisition and performance
• Oversee compliance and regulatory adherence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services or securities industry
• Active FINRA registrations: Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 required
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a performance-driven environment
• 2+ years of people management experience, preferably with teams of 10-15+
