Job Summary
Joining a dynamic operations team, the full-time Series 24 Licensed Operations Associate will manage self-clearing infrastructure and corporate actions processing, focusing on the day-to-day execution of corporate actions and supporting clearance and settlement activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process corporate actions including spinoffs, distributions, mergers, and tender/exchange offers
- Support clearance and settlement activities while resolving data quality and booking issues
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to develop operational processes and controls
Required qualifications
- Active Series 24 (General Securities Principal) license
- Direct experience processing corporate actions at a broker-dealer or clearing firm
- Experience with clearance and settlement operations in a self-clearing or correspondent clearing environment
- Expertise with NSCC/DTC processes and position reconciliation
- Strong understanding of double-entry booking methodology and reconciliation across custody, trade, and cash ledgers
