Series 3 Licensed Derivative Sales Analyst

Job Summary

Driving growth in trading volume, the full-time Series 3 Licensed Derivative Sales Analyst will manage relationships with top prosumer derivatives traders, source new high-value clients, and provide market insights to enhance Coinbase's trading offerings while working remotely with occasional in-person sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with prosumer derivatives traders to increase trading volume and product adoption
• Source and convert new high-value traders from competitors through targeted outreach and sales management
• Monitor market structure and client flows to identify upsell opportunities and deliver insights to internal teams

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience in financial services, trading, or crypto
• Strong understanding of derivatives products in traditional finance or crypto markets
• Data-driven approach with experience in using CRMs and analytics tools
• Background in business, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field
• Series 3 License required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
