Job Summary

Seeking a Series 4, 7, 63, 24 Licensed Product Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on writing structured product specifications for AI-driven development, managing the product roadmap for the Active Trader segment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences in trading platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Write high-quality, machine-readable product specs for engineering agents, streamlining the development process
• Manage the product roadmap for Active Trader tools, conducting customer discovery and translating insights into actionable briefs
• Contribute to the AI-First operating model by participating in spec reviews and establishing best practices for product development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within the financial services industry focused on active trading
• Demonstrated daily use of AI tools like Claude and experience with GitHub Spec Kit
• Working knowledge of multi-leg options strategies, equity derivatives, and futures
• Experience in a spec-driven or agentic development environment
