Job Summary
Providing comprehensive support to investment representatives, the full-time remote ISP Investment Advisor Support Specialist will manage telephone inquiries regarding managed accounts, offer product and technical assistance, and document research findings while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identifies and addresses callers' concerns by asking probing questions and providing accurate information
- Maintains positive relationships with clients and representatives, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures
- Documents research findings thoroughly and offers recommendations to improve customer service operations
Required qualifications
- Series 6/7, 24/26, and 65/66 licenses required
- Experience in customer service or financial services preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
