Job Summary

Assessing and making decisions on variable and portfolio death claims, the full-time remote Series 6 Licensed Annuity Specialist will ensure compliance with a $2M signature authority limit while providing exceptional customer service and managing sensitive claims interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Make timely and accurate decisions on variable/portfolio death claims and analyze related documentation
• Communicate claims decisions clearly and empathetically to beneficiaries and other parties
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claims handling processes and efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Series 6 FINRA License is required
• Previous experience in claims, income plan, or annuity preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Technically savvy with proficiency in managing multiple applications simultaneously
