Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist responsible for the strategic development and execution of retirement sales proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive ownership of retirement sales proposals for various market segments through RFPs and RFIs
- Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with internal teams to develop winning business strategies
- Manage financial aspects of proposals, including pricing strategies and post-proposal follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- BA degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of sales or sales support experience
- 3-4 years of defined contribution experience
- 1-2 years of sales support in a defined contribution environment
- Series 6 licensing or commitment to obtain it within 180 days of employment
