Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Claims & Variable Annuity Senior Specialist, responsible for assessing and making decisions on various claims and annuity accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Make timely decisions on variable/portfolio death claims and annuity accounts while ensuring compliance with a $2M signature authority limit
• Examine claim information and analyze documents to resolve concerns and provide exceptional customer service
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claims processes and support digital capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Series 6 FINRA License is required
• Previous experience in claims, income plans, or annuities preferred
• High degree of accuracy in handling detailed technical work
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
