Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shareholder Services Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to shareholders and financial representatives through various communication channels
• Input complex trades and shareholder account maintenance into the recordkeeping system
• Assist with compliance procedures and quality control reviews of team members' work

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, or a related area
• Series 6 or 7 license or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment
• 3-5 years of experience in client services or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with mutual funds or retirement services
• Knowledge of mutual funds and retirement plans, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
