Job Summary

A company is looking for a Shareholder Services Specialist II responsible for providing contact center and transfer agency functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to shareholders and financial representatives through calls, emails, and chats
• Maintain knowledge of mutual funds and input complex trades and account maintenance into recordkeeping systems
• Learn and apply compliance procedures and assist in onboarding new associates

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, or related area
• Series 6 or 7 license or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment
• 3-5 years of experience in client services or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in mutual funds or retirement services
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
