Job Summary

Overseeing the Transfer Agent Operations Team, the full-time AVP, Account Services will manage client interactions, refine processes, and develop team members while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures timely processing of all transactions through effective workflow management
• Develops detailed procedures for the processing team and authorizes processing exceptions
• Mentors associates and conducts performance appraisals to foster a positive work environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in client services or a related field
• 1-2 years of management and leadership experience
• Experience within the financial services industry
• Series 6 or 7 license
