Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Investment Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed performance targets for engagement center metrics, including opportunity generation and client retention
• Take inbound calls to review financial goals, providing consultative mentorship to support clients' financial objectives
• Demonstrate knowledge of financial planning philosophy, products, and investment strategies while engaging with clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Financial Planning
• Outstanding customer service experience with a strong desire to assist clients
• Results-oriented with a passion for discussing financial needs and advising clients
• Proficiency in computer-based tools for account management
• Possession of Series 65 or Series 66 securities license, or willingness to obtain within the first 3 months of employment
