Series 65 Licensed Advisor Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Advisor Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivates team to achieve client contact and conversion targets while optimizing campaign effectiveness
• Coaches and develops advisors to enhance delivery of the company's value proposition and improve performance
• Handles client escalations and proactively seeks opportunities to improve client experience and business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or financial field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in financial services and contact center environments
• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience and leadership of investor advisor teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on coaching and people development
• Possession of Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 licenses
