Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience & Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer requests via phone and email, providing tools and information for account management
  • Assist prospects with inquiries about investment philosophy and account opening processes
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and collaborate with custodians to resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Series 65 or equivalent license (CFP, Series 66, ChFC, CFA)
  • Fluency in various brokerage account types
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong technical skills for assisting clients with computer and smartphone issues
  • Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
