Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests via phone and email, providing tools and information for account management
- Assist prospects with inquiries about investment philosophy and account opening processes
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and collaborate with custodians to resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Series 65 or equivalent license (CFP, Series 66, ChFC, CFA)
- Fluency in various brokerage account types
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment
- Strong technical skills for assisting clients with computer and smartphone issues
- Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
