Series 65 Licensed Product Director

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of the in-plan Advisor Managed Account program, the full-time Series 65 Licensed Product Director will manage relationships with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), drive strategy and implementation, and enhance client satisfaction through exceptional delivery of advice and guidance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Cultivate and deepen relationships with RIAs to grow their in-plan advisory business
• Identify and leverage business opportunities to enhance Voya's Advisor Managed Account capabilities
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and drive program enhancements

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of financial services experience with a focus on Registered Investment Advisors in the Defined Contribution market
• Possession of Series 7 and 65 licenses (24 preferred)
• Strong understanding of Advisor Managed Accounts and retirement advice tools
• Proven ability to lead and drive results in a matrix environment
• Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail
