Series 65 Licensed Retirement Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing financial services team, the full-time Series 65 Licensed Retirement Manager will provide proactive client support, manage account maintenance, and facilitate educational meetings, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate a team approach to enhance client service
• Handle client inquiries and service requests via telephone and manage account documentation
• Prepare for and facilitate committee meetings and participant education sessions, both in-person and virtually

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain Series 65 within 90 days of employment
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a financial services environment, with a preference for Retirement Plan experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
