Key Responsibilities

• Engages clients through marketing campaigns and outreach programs to encourage productive dialogue and increase client retention
• Identifies client needs and initiates financial goal-based conversations, presenting appropriate financial solutions
• Educates clients on financial strategies and builds relationships by serving as a knowledgeable resource

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Possession of Series 65 or Series 66 securities license
• Experience in a consultative sales role, preferably in an outbound call center
• Outstanding customer service experience
• Results-oriented with a passion for advising clients on financial goals
