• Access systems and document steps taken to efficiently service customers
• Communicate professionally with customers and cross-functional teams regarding fraud and financial crimes prevention
• Review documentation for validity and participate in projects to enhance customer and fraud experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer experience, operations, and risk management
• Background in fraud prevention
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Apps
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or related fields is a plus
