Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investment Client Services Analyst (Series 7/63) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance to clients and financial representatives regarding investment accounts and transactions
• Analyze and verify investment transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and educate clients on digital capabilities to enhance client relationships

Required Qualifications:

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses
• Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience
• Expert knowledge of investment products and markets
• Intermediate understanding of tax implications related to investments
