• Drive continuous improvement in operations, technology, and usability of investment advisory offerings

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of financial services leadership experience with investment products and RIA services
• Possession of Series 7, 65, and 24 licenses
• Experience working with qualified plan sponsors and participants
• Strong understanding of retirement advice vendors and tools
• Ability to lead and drive results in a matrix environment
