Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Regulatory Review Analyst for a 6+ month remote contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate marketing materials and provide guidance for approval
• Conduct content reviews for various communication types
• Consult with internal partners on marketing materials and assist with data collection

Required Qualifications

• Licensing Requirement: Series 7, 24
• 3+ years of financial services experience with advertising/marketing compliance review
• Prior client-facing role experience, comfortable explaining complex issues
• Strong knowledge of FINRA 2210, SEC, and State regulations
